shipping policy

Shipment Of Orders:

Orders are shipped twice a week, however during busy periods we will only be shipping once a week to ensure all orders for that week are processed. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched.

We use Royal Mail, Yodel or UPS for all our shipments and aim for delivery within 48hrs after dispatch. However please note during busy periods, your order may not be delivered in the estimated time frame we have given. Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to arrive before contacting us.

If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large. Please also check the invoice inside your package as this will detail which items should be in the parcel.


Dreamy & Co holds no responsibility for items being damaged or stolen once it has left us or during transit. If you have any concerns regarding your parcel, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.



Duties & Taxes:

When ordering from our website you may be liable to pay any import duties and customs taxes on orders outside of the UK. The charges are typically raised once the parcel has reached its destination country and it is the customers responsibility to pay them. These charges are not set by Dreamy & Co and we have no control over them. These charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. All customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Dreamy & Co. The charges must be paid in order to receive your goods. For further information, please get in touch with your local customs office.

Refusing to pay these charges will result in your order being returned and you may still be liable for these charges. Additionally, the original shipping cost, cost of the return shipping as well as a processing fee of up to 20% will be deducted from your refund.

For All Cosmetic Products and Accessories (if eligible):

Due to the nature of these product and for hygiene purposes, we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on cosmetic products for any reason other than if the item is unfortunate to be damaged or faulty. 

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on used items. Item(s) must be in it's original condition, packaging and unopened. The customer has 14 days from purchase to request a refund/exchange for their order. To complete your return and for us to investigate the issue with your product(s), we require you to send us photographs/videos of the items and/or may request the item(s) to be returned to us. We are unable to process any investigation, refund or exchange without these.

For All Budgeting Related Accessories (if eligible):

 

If you are not satisfied with your product or your product is deemed damaged or faulty, you may request to return it to us for a refund or exchange.

 

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on made to order/customised items. Items are unable to be re-sold to customers if customisation has taken place. Therefore these items are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

For Item(s) that have not been customised to the customers liking must be in it's original condition, packaging and unopened. The customer has 14 days from purchase to request a refund/exchange for their order. If the product is damaged or faulty, for us to complete your return and to investigate the issue with your product(s), we require you to send us photographs/videos of the items and/or may request the item(s) to be returned to us. We are unable to process any investigation, refund or exchange without these.

For Wax Melts, Wax Melter’s, Room Sprays, and Wax Melt Related Accessories (if eligible):

If you are not satisfied with your product or your product is deemed damaged or faulty, you may request to return it to us for a refund or exchange.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on used items. Item(s) must be in it's original condition, packaging and unopened. The customer has 14 days from purchase to request a refund/exchange for their order. If the product is damaged or faulty, for us to complete your return and to investigate the issue with your product(s), we require you to send us photographs/videos of the items and/or may request the item(s) to be returned to us. We are unable to process any investigation, refund or exchange without these.



All goods will be inspected upon return. If the goods are not in the same condition as they were described and from the evidence provided, you will not receive a refund or offered an exchange. If the goods are claimed as Faulty and upon return we find this to be untrue, an exchange will not be provided and you will receive either a full or partial refund. We will not tolerate false claims of any kind and by doing so you may be refused future service.

The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our office. 

To arrange your return please contact us via email at info@dreamyco.co.uk and provide us with your order number, full name & address, the details of the item(s) you would like to return including any photos and proof of purchase.

Please note we cannot accept returns made by other people. You can only make a return if you are the purchaser and if the orders were placed via our website.
Please allow up to 3 working days for a response from our Customer Service team.

Please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. 
If you still have your packing slip from the original delivery, please attach this inside of your return so we can identify the order is yours. If you no longer have your packing slip, please write your order number, full name, contact number and address on a piece of paper and attach this inside of your return.

You may wish to choose a delivery service that insures your parcel to the value of the goods being returned. We would recommend sending your return via tracked or signed for delivery options and always keep a proof of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Dreamy & Co are not responsible for returns postage. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer.
 

Please note: Sale items can NOT be refunded under any circumstance.
Exchanges can only be made for the same value as the original purchase. You cannot exchange an item for a higher priced product.


Please allow up to 14 working days to be credited with your refund. All refunds are credited via the original payment method used when placing your order.

Important notes: All products may vary per product due to the nature they are made. We advise that when ordering our products you understand each may vary in appearance but will work the exact same as the intended purpose.
