Our makeup brushes are CRUELTY FREE and made from the highest quality synthetic fibres! We love our animals so we are highly against using real animal hair for our brushes!

If using one of our Snap Bars we recommend using 1-2 cubes or if you are using one of our Segment Pots we recommend 1 cube. However it depends on the size of the room you are putting them, the size of your burner and how strong of a scent you would like. (Please never over fill your wax burner)

As delicious some of our wax melts might smell, please do not eat. To prevent fire or serious injury, remove all packaging before use. Ensure the wax burner is clean before use. For Tea Light Burners: Place 1 or 2 cubes of wax into the well of your wax burner. Use with an unscented 4 hour tealight. Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time. To prevent fire, NEVER leave unattended. Always keep your burner on a stable and heatproof surface away from fire hazards. For Electric Burners: Place 1 or 2 cubes of wax into the well of your wax burner. Always keep your burner on a stable and heatproof surface away from fire hazards. Electric burners are recommended to reduce fire and hazard risk, however please note the scent may be stronger in a Tea Light burner. The intensity of fragrance will depend on your room size, temperature of the room and amount of wax used. For best results, always close your windows in the room you are burning the wax. Check your burner regularly for hairline cracks or chips before use. Never use burners with cracks or chips as this can be a fire hazard. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Keep away from draughts. Warning: Liquid wax may cause burns. Do not move when lit. Avoid contact with skin. If using our wax melt Snap Bars, you can expect over 50 hours of strong scent releases! Or if you are using our wax melt Segment Pots, you can expect over 70 hours of strong scent releases! Each cube typically provides over 10 hours of unresistable scent!

We recommend replacing your wax melts once you can no longer smell any fragrance. However if you would like to change your wax melt before the scent runs out and use for another day you can follow these steps below: For tea light burners: Pop a tea light on for about 30 seconds, then carefully with your thumb, put abit of pressure to the side of the wax melt and push. Your wax should pop out in a dish like shape, you can then store this in a little bag for use another day. For electric burners: Depending what type of electric burner you have, we recommend popping your burner on for about 1-2 minutes and repeat the same steps as above. If any wax residue is left in the dish, simply use luke warm water and a cotton pad or tissue and wipe any excess wax away.

Orders are shipped twice a week, however during busy periods we will only be shipping once a week to ensure all orders for that week are processed. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched. We use Royal Mail, Yodel or UPS for all our shipments and aim for delivery within 48hrs after dispatch.
